  1. Who is eligible?
    Almost anyone can be a part of our customer referral program. You just need to be a customer of good standing and over the age of 18.
  2. What is a valid referral?
    A valid referral is considered a named contact with current contact information who is interested in partnering with Playworks.
  3. What if my referral is already a contact of Playworks?
    We appreciate your referral and suggest that you continue to refer other contacts.
  4. Do I need to know the person I’m referring?
    While we will not keep you from referring anyone to us we highly recommend you know the person you refer. This is mainly because it is less likely that if a stranger is referred they will partner, and therefore, less likely that you will be rewarded.
  5. How will I know if my referral is successful?
    Your MyAccount page will keep you updated on the status of your referrals. In addition, you will receive an email if a referral’s status changes for any reason.
  6. Is there a limit on how many people I can refer?
    There is no limit on how many people you can refer but you should always consider whether this person is a good fit for Playworks.
  7. Is there a limit to the number of rewards I can receive?
